Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor's in Engineering/Industrial Technology or related field.
- 3+ years in estimating, maintenance, or repair of overhead cranes or industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection reports.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical crane systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software; ERP experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review inspection reports and identify repair needs.
- Develop accurate repair and modernization quotes.
- Work with technicians to confirm scope, details, and requirements.
- Verify key information (photos, measurements, equipment data).
- Prioritize safety and compliance-related repairs.
- Support sales team with quotes and follow-ups.
- Track quote activity and help improve conversion rates.
- Assist with customer renewals and ongoing service needs.
- Help drive revenue from inspection-identified repairs.
- Improve turnaround time on quotes.
