Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, field sales, and service teams to understand requirements and objectives.
• Provide technical application support and product expertise for solution sizing and configuration.
• Support an automated quote-to-order process by reviewing opportunities and validating accuracy.
• Manage opportunity progression through follow-up, PO review, and internal coordination.
• Build trusted relationships with responsive communication and exceptional customer experience.
• Leverage digital sales tools to streamline processes and enhance engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement with Emerson technologies and products.
