Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Inside Sales Manager (Analytical Instruments) for the Shakopee, MN site. The role focuses on leading the Analytical Inside Sales team to drive best-in-class customer support and sales for Rosemount products, operating on-site.

You will guide the NA Analytical Instruments Customer Care team, align with NA Sales and Marketing on programs, and ensure timely responses to orders and inquiries while fostering strong customer relations and strategic market actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical field is required.
• Minimum eight years experience in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing direct reports required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to NA Analytical Instruments Customer Care to meet sales goals.
• Coach for incremental sales growth and coordinate with Inside and Outside sales teams.
• Lead Global Customer Care activities for L&C and F&G businesses.
• Support Global Demand for Mexicali factory and analyze key KPIs.
• Develop go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials.
