Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to NA Analytical Instruments Customer Care to meet sales goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Inside and Outside sales teams and with NA Sales and Marketing on sales programs.
• Act as a voice of customer and sales for strategic priorities and lead time expectations.
• Oversee Global Customer Care activities for L&C and F&G businesses.
• Develop go-to-market plans with Product Management and prepare sales enablement materials.
• Ensure accurate and timely responses to orders, quotations, and customer activities.
