Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Manager, Technical Inside Sales to lead the Technical Inside Sales organization supporting Engineered-to-Order product lines. You will develop a team of technical inside sales professionals and drive operational excellence in quotation development, order execution, and customer support for highly engineered solutions.

You will partner with Engineering, Pricing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver accurate, timely solutions while improving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent blend of education and experience.
Five+ years in Technical Inside Sales, Quotations, Customer Service, Engineering Support, or related role.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Technical Inside Sales team, set performance expectations, coach and manage resources, build a high-performing culture.
Drive quotes, order execution, customer support, and commercial processes for engineered solutions to improve turnaround and quality.
Ensure compliance with customer specs, policies, and standards throughout quotation and order lifecycle.
Collaborate with Engineering, Pricing, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Outside Sales to resolve issues.
Standardize workflows, leverage systems, and drive continuous improvement for scalability.
Provide dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
