Brady Corporation in Cranberry, PA, seeks an Inside Sales Engineer for its Engraving Solutions unit (Brady and Gravotech brands). You will engage with new and existing customers to grow revenue, qualify requirements, and propose tailored solutions, working closely with Territory Managers.

This on-site role requires a technical sales background, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences, CRM experience (Salesforce), and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.
• Experience in industrial sales preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business prospects through strategic phone and email engagement.
• Evaluate customer requirements to propose tailored solutions and products.
• Support Territory Managers in the management of key accounts.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to submit sales orders and report quality concerns.
• Oversee multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
