Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Customer Technical Services Representative to support external customers for Engraving Solutions and software. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, assist with device connectivity, and resolve issues for customers, distributors, and field technicians during startup and after installation.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to work nights and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
• Experience in a call center or technical troubleshooting with customers required.
• 3+ years of product troubleshooting experience with customers is required.
• Mechanical/electronic repair background helpful.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP platforms including SAP, Salesforce, or SugarCRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely phone/email based customer technical support for Gravotech.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Remote diagnostics and system configuration support as needed.
• Manage case lifecycle from intake to resolution with thorough documentation.
• Maintain customer records and track trends in the CRM.
