Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations using available pricing, product, and historical sales information.
• Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Communicate with customers through phone and email regarding quotations, orders, product information, and account-related needs.
• Coordinate with the outside sales team to support customer accounts and sales activities.
• Research cost history, engineering drawings, specifications, and product information required to quote and sell parts.
• Maintain accurate and complete records in Salesforce CRM system.
