Job summary

Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. seeks an Aftermarket Project Manager I to oversee post-sale projects from handoff to closeout, coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Service.

You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in capital equipment or aftermarket services being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least three years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience in capital equipment or aftermarket services a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sale projects from handoff to closeout, including aftermarket work.
• Coordinate internal resources across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Service.
• Lead kickoff meetings and planning discussions; maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and track Time & Material (T&M) quotes, change orders, and invoicing.
• Support project closeout with final reports and customer follow-up.
