Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to support our plate and frame heat exchanger product line. Looking for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude, common sense, and proven experience in industrial and/or HVAC/technical sales



You will serve as a critical point of contact for customers and the outside sales team, helping to specify, quote, and manage the delivery of heat exchanger solutions tailored to our clients' needs



This is an onsite position atour facility in Louisville, KY.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
* Prepare detailed quotations based on customer specifications and thermal requirements.
* Size and select appropriate heat exchangers using provided tools and software.
* Respond to inbound inquiries from customers and support the external sales team.
* Maintain pricing accuracy, lead times, and product availability knowledge.
* Track and follow up on open quotes to help drive sales closure.
* Coordinate with operations and engineering for non-standard or custom configurations.
* Provide clear communication and support during all stages of the sales cycle.
* Other duties as assigned.

Background & Skills

Qualifications:


* 2+ years of experience in inside/outside sales, technical sales, or customer service within an industrial setting.
* Familiarity with mechanical equipment or thermal systems is a strong plus.
* Comfortable reading basic technical drawings and interpreting specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.



Preferred Traits:


* Practical, solution-focused mindset.
* Able to communicate clearly with both technically-minded engineers and procurement buyers.
* Willingness to learn the thermal/mechanical basics behind our products.
