Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS) in St. Cloud, Minnesota is seeking a Driver Recruiter to fuel our world-class truck fleet by sourcing qualified drivers and guiding them through a smooth hiring journey.

In this fast-paced role, you will deliver passionate candidates who meet our staffing, quality, and safety standards, with a focus on timely outreach and effective onboarding. This is an on-site position with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Comfortable with phone systems, 10-key, and computers.
• High-energy, driven, and persuasive communicator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down top driving talent using ATS processes.
• Reach out to qualified applicants within 24 hours.
• Explain ATS driving opportunities to candidates to find best fit.
• Coordinate with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators for pre‑approval.
• Make great hiring calls and schedule orientation.
• Champion the sign‑on experience and keep candidates engaged.
• Coordinate orientation and place drivers in the right divisions.
