Qualifications

• 2+ years in electronics industry inside sales or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with engineering, purchasing, supply-chain, and management.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer activity.
• Obtain pricing, technical information, lead times, and application support from manufacturers.
• Coordinate with distribution partners on pricing, inventory, forecasts, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM reporting systems.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, samples, and lead times.
• Develop knowledge of Westmark's product lines.
