We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support strategic customer accounts within the semiconductor industry. This role plays a key part in driving day‑to‑day account operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and supporting customer engagement across all stages of the product lifecycle. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Business Units, Operations, and Engineering teams to support customer programs from design‑in through mass production.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support
• Experience in semiconductor, or high‑tech industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting global customers (OEMs, ODMs, or EMS)
• Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics (lead times, allocation, pricing cycles)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
