Job summary

Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Carrollton, TX facility. You will support inside sales, enter and maintain customer and order data in SAP, process orders, and assist with purchasing activities.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in customer service or inside sales, an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, and SAP experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and inside sales support.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the SAP system.
• Process orders and assist with purchasing activities.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, supporting the sales team.
