Job summary

Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Carrollton, TX facility. You will support inside sales, enter and maintain customer and order data in SAP, process orders, and assist with purchasing activities.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in customer service or inside sales, an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, and SAP experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Carrollton, TX facility. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and developing in-depth knowledge of our products while supporting customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and inside sales support
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the SAP system
• Process orders and assist with purchasing activities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs
• Assist customers with product, order, and pricing questions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
• Develop strong knowledge of company products, processes, and systems

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role
