Qualifications

• 2–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, quotes, order status, and product info.
