Job summary

DTS Fluid Power is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to handle orders, quotes, and product inquiries via phone and email. A strong service mindset and ability to learn our hydraulic components are essential. Training will be provided to those new to fluid power.

Responsibilities include processing orders with Prophet 21, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales goals through proactive follow-ups. Prior experience in distribution or industrial supply is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to learn product lines quickly.
• Experience in inside sales or call-center environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with order processing and ERP/CRM systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, and account status.
• Process orders accurately using Prophet 21.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for parts and services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP.
• Proactively follow up on quotes and orders to support sales goals.
• Handle complaints professionally and seek timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on product offerings and promotions.
