Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist phone and walk-in customers, diagnose needs, and determine replacement parts.
• Generate quotes, enter orders, and track status in the ERP system.
• Support account managers with price, availability, and product specifications.
• Maintain organized workstations and showroom; assist training of new hires.
• Attend product training and seminars when available; may rotate Saturdays.
