Job summary

Danfoss Fluid Conveyance is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide expert technical support to distributors and customers across hoses, fittings, connectors, and assembly equipment. You will analyze product specs and applications to identify effective solutions and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver world-class support.

Qualifications

• Associate and/or Bachelor of Science degree in technical field from accredited university.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience.

• Analyze and interpret customer product inquiries quickly and determine potential solutions.
• Research product information and customer applications from literature, engineering documents, or internal contacts.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Document inquiries and solutions in the group database for metrics tracking.
• Provide training and guidance to customers for technical support needs.
