TARGETTI USA is a respected maker of architectural lighting solutions with a nationwide presence. The Customer Service/Inside Sales Support role in Costa Mesa, CA focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating orders and quotations across the sales team.

You'll manage inquiries, verify product codes and pricing, and liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or inside sales, preferably in lighting or architectural products.
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, Adobe and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and effective written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Customer Support: provide responsive support to customers and sales reps.
• Order Management: review orders for accuracy and manage lifecycle from quote to shipment.
• Quoting & Take-offs: perform lighting take-offs from drawings and markup drawings.
• System & Inbox Management: respond to inquiries via phone/email and use SAP and internal systems.
