Targetti USA, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Support to ensure an exceptional customer experience and seamless coordination across sales and order fulfillment.

This full-time role supports a designated territory by handling inquiries, processing orders and quotes, and acting as a liaison between customers, regional sales teams, and internal departments. The position emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, and service while contributing to overall sales efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role - preferably within the lighting or architectural products industry.
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, Adobe and Bluebeam Revu preferred
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Territory & Customer Support: Provide responsive support to customers and sales representatives while coordinating territory-related activities.
• Order Management & Processing: Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy (product codes, pricing, BOM, commissions, etc.) and manage the full order lifecycle from quote through shipment by coordinating with internal teams.
• Quoting & Project Take-Offs: Perform lighting take-offs from construction drawings and create drawing markups using Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat.
• System & Inbox Management: Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and use SAP and other internal systems to retrieve invoices, proformas, tracking information, packing slips, and other order documentation.
