Job summary

D&W Diesel, Inc. in Denver, CO is hiring an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to serve customers with product information, exchanges or repairs in a timely, friendly manner.

You will handle inbound calls, establish business relationships, assist with pricing, availability and applications, and support sales reps while staying up-to-date on heavy-duty parts and equipment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills.
• Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus.
• Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Bilingual -- fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
• Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts.
• Establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customer's language.
• Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes.
• Assist sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications.
• Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and product.
