Job Description:We are currently hiring an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Denver, CO location. This position services customers with information, product exchanges or repairs in a timely, helpful friendly manner.Job Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional level of customer service.Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty partsWork to establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customer’s language.Know how to access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changesAid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applicationsHandle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and productJob Requirements:Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skillsExperience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plusMust have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn productsProficient in MS Office and other computer functionsMust be able to meet the physical demands of the positionBilingual – fluent in Spanish is a plusD&W Diesel, Inc. is employee owned, $130 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations.
