Job summary

ATI Millersburg in Albany, Oregon is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This day shift, onsite role supports the commercial group with sales order routing, reporting, and customer service activities, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.

You will collaborate across departments, learn internal systems, manage emails, calls, and visits, and help maintain accurate records, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures related to customer service or sales support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared customer service email inbox, calls and messages.
• Support sales order routing, approvals and reporting to ensure timely processing.
• Audit and monitor sales order reports and queues for accuracy.
• Maintain office supplies, mail and general organization.
• Coordinate customer visits, conference room readiness and hospitality needs.
• Support reporting activities and onboarding/offboarding records audits.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and departamental communications.
• Coordinate work with multiple departments and manage tasks independently.
