Job summary

ATI in Natrona Heights, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. Responsibilities

• Support contract administration and ensure adherence to commercial terms and conditions
• Prepare and submit quotations in alignment with pricing strategy
• Track orders from entry through shipment and communicate status updates to customers
• Assist with sales forecasting and report weekly/monthly sales activity
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through consistent engagement
• Coordinate internally with Technical, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risks
• Support resolution of quality, logistics, and invoicing inquiries
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction within assigned energy accounts

The Inside Sales Specialist will work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure contract compliance, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
