Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales representative in Attleboro, MA to handle orders at the counter and over the phone.

You will build strong customer relationships, utilize our order-entry system, and develop product knowledge to assist purchases. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers, overcome objections, quote prices, discuss terms, and prepare sales orders and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is high school diploma or GED; relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with retail or building-material sales is a plus.
• Ability to use company systems to enter and track orders.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Use the company computer system to enter orders and generate reports.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales strategy.
