Job summary

Cowtown Materials, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Attleboro, MA to handle counter and phone orders, build customer relationships, and provide product knowledge across drywall, insulation, and related building materials.

You will enter orders, assist with quotes, and collaborate with Outside Sales to drive growth while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Enter orders in the company computer system.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales strategies.
• Overcome objections and quote prices; prepare sales orders/reports.
