Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a detail‑oriented associate for our RDC/Branch. You will help customers, price products, enter orders, and manage deliveries while maintaining accurate records and promoting promotions.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Join a supportive team within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical or business documents.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Basic electrical product knowledge.
• Six months or more of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Determines type of merchandise by becoming familiar with products and vendor catalogs.
• Uses Eclipse for pricing structure and order entry.
• Prepares cash or charge receipts with necessary identifiers.
• Estimates delivery dates based on the delivery schedule.
• Pulls and loads customer materials as needed.
• Handles customer and coworker situations with diplomacy and seeks help when needed.
• Resolves customer order problems promptly.
• Describes products using samples or catalogs showing features and benefits.
• Sells and promotes branch and company promotions as directed.
