Industrial & Shippers Supply, Inc. (ISSI) is seeking an ambitious outside sales professional to manage and grow an existing customer base in Texas and the Gulf coast region. You will visit customers, call on multiple levels, and implement sales plans to meet growth targets.

We offer base salary plus monthly commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel is 20–25% with in-office/field responsibilities supporting our packaging distribution business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills essential.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Experience in managing a sales territory and prospecting new accounts.
• Ability to call on multi-level customers and build relationships.

Responsibilities
