Quality Archery Designs (QAD) is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support our dealer network, process orders, resolve product inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.

Based in Madison Heights, VA, you’ll enter and process sales orders, provide responsive support by phone and email, and help grow dealer relationships while promoting QAD products. 2+ years in inside sales or customer service in sporting goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

Quality Archery Designs (QAD) is an industry leader in premium archery equipment. For over 30 years we've built products trusted by bowhunters and archers around the world.

We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships, going beyond the responsibilities of your average sales position.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you’ll be providing customer support, processing orders, and building dealer relationships all while representing QAD as a company.

Preferred (but not required):

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (sporting goods or outdoor industry preferred)
