Job summary

Quality Archery Designs is hiring for an entry-level Assembly and Packaging role on-site in Madison Heights, VA. The position offers a full-time first shift with a pay range of $15–$17 per hour and a focus on quality and efficiency in our production line.

The role involves assembling and packaging archery components, meeting daily targets, handling basic hand tools, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and opportunities for growth are provided

Qualifications

• Entry-Level Talent: No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Small parts assembly experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow step-by-step processes.
• Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assemble & Package: Follow work instructions to assemble, inspect and package archery components.
• Meet Production Goals: Achieve daily and weekly targets while maintaining quality.
• Hands-On Work: Lift/move parts, operate basic hand tools, and work safely on the floor.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify minor process improvements and share feedback with the team.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workstation following safety guidelines.
