Job summary

Quality Archery Designs (QAD) in Madison Heights, Virginia is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support our dealer network, process orders, and resolve product inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

You will maintain strong dealer relationships, promote QAD products, and ensure accurate order handling and records, while representing QAD at trade shows and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Archery knowledge is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support via phone and email.
• Enter and process sales orders in the order management system.
• Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships.
• Promote and sell new and existing QAD products.
• Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance.
• Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows.
• Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records.
• Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends.
