Qualifications

• Inside Sales/Customer Service experience preferably in Kitchen/Bath/Plumbing products.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ERP and proprietary software; data entry and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and prices in a prompt, friendly, and accurate manner.
• Enter orders, returns, and issue credits.
• Monitor purchase orders to check status and back orders.
• Coordinate sales between customers or purchasing departments and coordinate shipping dates.
• Resolve customer problems and forward issues to an appropriate buyer or supervisor.
• Provide technical sales information and vendor information to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to complete orders efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
