Job summary

Elkay Products team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Brockton, MA, for an in-person, full-time role. You will work directly with customers, prepare quotes, answer product questions, and process orders while supporting the outside sales team.

Ideal candidates have plumbing industry experience and can manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced sales environment. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-retail customer service experience required.
• Elkay product experience strongly preferred.
• Plumbing industry or manufacturers' representative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Assist customers with product selection and product questions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and requirements.
• Support outside sales representatives with quotes, product information, and order status.
