Job summary

PSG in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support the Malema and CPC Biotech brands. This onsite role manages the full order cycle from inbound inquiries through shipment, using CRM, ERP, and customer portals, and collaborates with engineering to establish part numbers and pricing.

You will address customer inquiries, qualify leads for direct sales, and provide timely order updates, while escalating issues to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related technical field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with CRMs, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management from inbound inquiry through shipment.
• Handle inbound sales calls, convert to leads and orders using CRM/ERP systems.
• Provide pricing, track orders, expediting and shipment information.
• Interface with engineering to create customer part numbers and pricing lists.
• Field customer inquiries and route qualified leads to direct sales or distribution.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports of order, quote and shipment activity and support outside sales.
