Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred.

• Experience with CRMs, including Salesforce.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management from inbound inquiry through shipment.
• Convert inbound inquiries to leads and orders via CRM/ERP.
• Provide pricing, processing, tracking and shipping status information.
• Coordinate with engineering to create part numbers and pricing using price lists.
• Escalate issues as needed to meet commitments and deadlines.
