Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate expedited and in-house orders with production supervisors and customers.
• Maintain and update department spreadsheets.
• Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and lead times.
• Generate WIP reports using QuickBooks.
• Create and send formal quotes to customers.
