Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow-up.
• Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach.
• Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions using CRM tools.
