FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a driven B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect signage solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales or account management, strong communication in English and Spanish, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Competitive pay ($12–$14/hour) and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow-up
• Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
• Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach
• Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions using CRM tools

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency with Google Workspace

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensación: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
