FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a driven B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect visual communication solutions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales or customer service, fluent Spanish and English, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain and grow accounts with proactive customer service
• Track leads and client interactions using a CRM
