Qualifications

• 2–6 years related experience and/or training.
• US citizenship required (sole US citizen).

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical product support at customer facilities.
• Coordinate with company and customer engineering personnel on technical matters.
• Perform fitting, aligning, timing, calibrating, and other mechanical assembly operations.
• Investigate operating difficulties, diagnose problems, and determine causes of malfunctions.
• Document necessary records to gain access to customer facilities.
