Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service team in a B2B distribution, industrial, or technical products environment.
• Direct exposure to inside sales through a leadership role or inside sales background.
• Proven track record of improving customer service operations with KPIs and redesigned workflows.
• Experience in industrial distribution, automation, electrical, HVAC, MRO or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team, including team leads and future hires.
• Establish processes, performance standards, and accountability to elevate the customer experience.
• Develop and track KPIs related to customer service quality, response times, and team performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Design and implement an inside sales strategy focused on upselling, cross-selling, and proactive engagement.
