Job summary

Robnet, a subsidiary of EIS Legacy LLC, seeks a Customer Sales Support professional to streamline the sales process, resolve inquiries, and support the front counter and sales reps. You will manage orders, maintain records, and nurture client relationships.

The role involves learning the product range, handling quotes and orders, and delivering accurate transactions in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands include lifting up to 40lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Learn the company’s range of fastener products, applications, and industries served
• Manage day-to-day operations for inside sales, answer calls, and support customer expectations
• Report sales data including bookings, shipped, quotes, margins, and missed opportunities
• Execute directives to the team
• Handle key customer sales entry (D2D)
• Support the preparation of quotes, sales orders, and product specifications
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care
• All other duties as assigned
