Job summary

Robnet, a subsidiary of EIS Legacy LLC, seeks a Customer Sales Support to streamline the sales process, resolve inquiries, and support front counter and sales reps in Baltimore. The role links the sales team with customers, manages orders, maintains records, and nurtures client relationships.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, 3–4 years in sales or customer service, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Proficiency with MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of previous sales or customer service experience (experience in the fastener or industrial supply industry a plus).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to lift to 40lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Team-oriented, with good communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-starter, with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s range of fastener products, applications, and industries served.
• Shadow experienced sales representatives during customer interactions and site visits.
• Support the preparation of quotes, sales orders, and product specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to encourage repeat business
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, tact, and care
• All other duties as assigned
