Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of sales or customer service experience; fastener/industrial supply experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s range of fastener products and industries served.
• Shadow experienced sales representatives during customer interactions and site visits.
• Support the preparation of quotes, sales orders, and product specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Process transactions accurately and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
