Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Metal Sales customers and internal teams. You will handle order entry, invoicing, problem resolution, and provide pricing when possible to quote small jobs, coordinating with shipping.

This full-time on-site role offers a pay range of $18.00–$25.00 per hour plus benefits including medical, dental and vision from day 1, a 401k plan, and PTO. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or Oracle preferred.
• Construction/manufacturing knowledge strongly desired.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle order input, inside sales, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
• Produce documents and respond to inquiries for internal/external customers.
• Assist branch staff with order processing, status, and availability.
• Support resolution of disputes for customers.
• Contribute to teamwork within the administrative function.
• Provide pricing/quotes for small jobs where pricing is available.
• Coordinate delivery with shipping and traffic manager.
