FASTSIGNS of High Point, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales to be the first point of contact for customers and prospects. You will provide exceptional service, offer design recommendations, prepare estimates, and help manage orders while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn with a desire to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
• Proficient with computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Basic math skills; retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for walk-in, email and phone customers.
• Provide exemplary service and build long-lasting relationships.
• Offer signage and design recommendations; prepare estimates; update order status.
• Support marketing tasks and maintain an attractive retail space.
• Assist with reports, paperwork and shipping as needed.
• Join daily team meetings and contribute to center success.
