FASTSIGNS Charlotte is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to guide customers from initial contact to delivered sign, in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet prospects, present solutions, and manage orders through production and installation.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and the ability to learn new products and processes. Competitive hourly pay with a clear path for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High-energy, outgoing, reliable with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong listener and organizer; clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning new products, software, and a structured sales process.
• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Graphic design experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with walk-in, phone, and internet prospects in a clean, professional retail center.
• Develop and present product and solution recommendations using the FASTSIGNS sales process.
• Build estimates and orders in our point-of-sale system; coordinate production, pickup, delivery, and installation.
• Manage pre-order collections and basic AR follow-up on your accounts.
• Support marketing activities (database outreach, mailings) and routine administrative tasks.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers.
