NuGen Packaging is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator in New Jersey to manage the quote-to-fulfillment process, serve as the primary client contact, and drive sales growth. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and fast-paced execution.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, handle inquiries, review specifications, and pursue upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales coordination or account management experience in packaging/CPG
• Strong project management skills with multiple quotes and orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client relations
• Comfort owning a process from quote to fulfillment and ensuring order accuracy
• Ability to analyze data and surface sales insights
• Knowledge of sales processes and cross-functional collaboration is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and move opportunities toward closed orders
• Process orders using order management tools and maintain accurate client records
• Serve as primary post‑sale contact to ensure packaging programs run smoothly
• Use Zoho CRM to manage quotes, orders, and accounts and surface insights
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to confirm lead times and resolve issues
• Assist clients with specifications, pricing clarifications, and product transitions
• Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins
• Identify upsell opportunities and potential reorders within existing accounts
