Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard office equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle basic issues and refer complex ones to higher-level staff.
• Solicit sales orders from existing regional customers by phone.
• Develop new customers through targeted marketing (Phone-Internet).
• Qualify leads by gauging interest, time frame and needs; direct to proper channels.
• Support market penetration by following up on web-based sales leads.
